Purchasing Terms
PAYMENT TERMS: Credit Card and Net 30 terms are accepted. NO CASH PAYMENTS ACCEPTED.
QUOTE EXPIRATION: Quotes have a 30 day expiration date unless otherwise noted on the quote document.
QUOTE REQUEST DELIVERY: All quote requests may require 48 hours to process. International quotations may require 1-4 weeks to process.
INVOICING TERMS: Customer invoicing is upon shipment of product from Stygian or third-party source.
Guarantee & Returns
I. PRODUCT RETURNS.
Stygian 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. You can return your purchase for any reason for exchange or refund up to thirty (30) days from the date of invoice unless otherwise noted. Proof of purchase from Stygian is required for all returns. Stygian’s 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply to “Sourced Products” and products sold on a “Final Sale” basis.
RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS. Unless otherwise noted, you can also return product for up to one (1) year from date of invoice provided that product is in its original packaging, unused, unexpired, undamaged, and in salable condition. Proof of purchase from Stygian is required in all instances. Products sold on a “Final Sale” basis as defined below cannot be returned. “Sourced Product” (defined below) is subject to the manufacturer’s return policy and may not be returnable. Some product returns may be denied or made subject to restocking fees and other charges by Stygian.
FINAL SALE ITEMS. Items sold on a “Final Sale” basis include: (i) Custom items; (ii) purchases made under the Custom Product Center on Stygian.com; (iii) special-order items; (iv) emergency response items; (v) items marked in Sourced Product quotations or invoices as “Non-Cancellable” or “Non-Returnable” and (vi) any other items that Stygian may designate as a “Final Sale” from time to time.
II. RETURNS PROCESS.
If you need to return an item, contact us directly at Customer Care at 1-833-Stygian Carefully package the item(s) and include the packing slip.
Write the reason for returning the product on your packing slip; if the packing slip is not available, please provide the purchase date, the original invoice number and the item number for the product.
Indicate whether you would like a replacement product or a credit.
Please prepay shipping – Stygian does not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.s).

Custom orders are sold on a “Final Sale” basis only. No cancellations, returns, refunds or credits are allowed.
III. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.

IV. CANCELLATION OF IMMEDIATE SHIPMENTS
Due to the speed we fulfill your requests, we are unable to cancel orders for immediate shipment. If your order is backordered or not shipping for two or more business days, please contact Customer Care and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please see Stygian’s terms of sale for cancellation of any other orders.

Warranty & Returns
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE TO ALL CUSTOMERS.
Customer should contact Stygian if not satisfied with a product for any reason. Stygian will promptly provide an exchange or refund if the product is returned within 30 days of date of invoice, with proof of purchase from Stygian.
LIMITED WARRANTY
ALL PRODUCTS SOLD ARE WARRANTED BY Stygian ONLY TO CUSTOMERS FOR:
(i) RESALE; OR
(ii) USE IN BUSINESS OR GOVERNMENT.
Stygian WARRANTS PRODUCTS AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP UNDER NORMAL USE FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE DATE OF INVOICE FROM Stygian, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. PROVIDED THAT Stygian ACCEPTS THE PRODUCT FOR RETURN DURING THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD, Stygian MAY, AT ITS OPTION:
(i) REPAIR;
(ii) REPLACE; OR
(iii) REFUND THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER MUST RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE APPROPRIATE Stygian BRANCH OR AUTHORIZED SERVICE LOCATION, AS DESIGNATED BY Stygian, SHIPPING COSTS PREPAID. Stygian’S REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND OF AMOUNTS PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT, SHALL BE CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY.
FOR BUSINESS CUSTOMERS: EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN AND WHERE APPLICABLE, NO WARRANTY OR AFFIRMATION OF FACT OR DESCRIPTION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IS MADE OR AUTHORIZED BY Stygian. Stygian DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. Stygian ALSO DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF PRODUCT MISUSE, IMPROPER PRODUCT SELECTION, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, PRODUCT MODIFICATION, MISREPAIR OR MISAPPLICATION. Stygian EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE. Stygian’S LIABILITY IN ALL EVENTS IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GIVES RISE TO ANY LIABILITY.

CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY AND OTHER RIGHTS MAY BE AVAILABLE.
Warranty Product Return.
Before returning any product, Customer may contact Stygian either by logging on to Stygian.com/returns or calling Stygian’s Customer Care at Guarantee and Product Warranty Policy
