What is an LPA?
Leveraged Procurement Agreements are pre-negotiated state contracts that eliminate the need for repetitive bidding. They allow State Agencies to buy goods directly, quickly, compliantly, and at competitive pricing. Stygian’s LPA is based on a NASPO Cooperative contract.
